Acne worsened
Too bad for those with acne. Be cautious, as this supplement contains B7 (biotin) and B12, which can exacerbate acne. I suffered a lot of pimples after taking this product. I discovered that B12 and biotin were the culprits due to their high presence. I advise not to take it; you may regret it. Instead, opt for a nutritional yeast form without B12. There’s no fault with Solgar; they are great in my opinion. The issue arises for those with acne who lack B12 receptors, worsening their condition. 😔

Developed thrush
Although this may be the best vitamin B complex, I developed a yeast infection soon after taking it. I believe it's better to consume vitamin B separately rather than in a complex. I noticed my urine became darker, highlighting the need for increased water intake. I have decided to discontinue these vitamins and will instead take each one separately, as Solgar’s vitamins are usually effective, which is why I initially chose this B vitamin.
